Project coordination, management and reporting
Here is a summary of the activities being developed in work package 7. All activities are linked to work package tasks (T) and deliverables (D).
2023
| Q1 – December to February | Developed the project branding and website, and activated the social media channels (LinkedIn, X and YouTube) (Task T7.3) |
| Established a Teams SharePoint site to share documents among partners and implemented multiple mailing lists dedicated to WP-specific communications as well as other communication groups (project wide, steering committee, eDNA, communication and dissemination, among others) (Task T7.5) | |
| Created platforms such as the Zenodo repository to include preprints, papers, and datasets generated through the project, allowing open access to all information (Task T7.2) | |
| Developed a comprehensive visual identity including logo, iconography, templates, scientific posters, badges, and roll-up banners (Task T7.3) | |
| Developed an overview infographic of the OBAMA-NEXT project (Task T7.3) | |

| Q2 – March to May | OBAMA-NEXT participated on AZTI’s Summer School 2023 coordinated by GES4SEAS |
